Both girls nodded, but didn’t dare to let go of their mother. They -especially Elsa- wanted to cuddle with her a while longer.
After seeing they were not going to let go any time soon, Idun let out a sigh, and gave a fond roll of her eyes.
“How about this–we all go to lunch, and we can cuddle again afterwards?” she suggested, hoping that would work on getting them both to the dining room.
“Well…I was wondering if… ” She began as she looked down to her plain blue gloves. “If you could make something on my gloves. You don’t have to, though.”
The request brought a glow to Idun’s chest, and she was quickly nodding. “Of course I will, sweetheart. You just tell me which pair, and I’ll put something on them for you.”
Anna immediately snuggled up to her and burried her face in her shoulder. “Mama, are you still mad…?” The younger girl mumbled. “Please don’t be mad at us, we’ll be all good now.” Said Elsa, looking up to her mother with big puppy eyes.
Gently rubbing the smaller girl’s back, Idun smiled. It was only a small smile, but there nonetheless. Only her two children could break out fighting, be told off, and looking so remorseful, all in the space of ten minutes.
“No, my loves, I’m not mad any more,” she murmured. “No need to worry. Now–I’d say it’s time for lunch, what about you?”
